Client & Asset Manager to Scius
Scius is now looking for a Client & Asset Manager to join their professional team in Stockholm.
THE ROLE
As a Client & Asset Manager you will participate in the growing team with focus on the Nordics. The position involves working in the Asset Management team as well as working with the Investment Management team in regard for relative clients. Scius works with some of the largest and most renowned investors in the world. The position is based in Stockholm, and you will report to the CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Manage teams of third-party consultants including leasing agents, property managers, construction firms, architects and legal advisors
- Overall responsible for the relationship and asset portfolio for specific clients including office, retail and logistic properties in Sweden. In addition, work together with the team currently developing residential co-ops in Hagastaden on behalf of Invesco.
- Day to day contact with specific clients on asset management issues
- Oversee preparation of annual business planning, quarterly budget review and quarterly cash flow forecasting
- Negotiate property contracts including leases, management, tenant improvements and construction service agreements
- Analyse potential leases and make recommendations
- Review potential capital expenditure projects to maximize property value
- Ensure that assigned properties are well maintained, both physically and financially to ensure both tenant satisfaction and preservation of value
QUALIFICATIONS AND SUITABLE BACKGROUND
- University degree (MSc) preferably in real estate or finance
- Related work experience of minimum 5 years with the ability to work independently
- High personal drive, a willingness to deliver high quality, being committed and dedicated.
- Great interpersonal skills and an ability to develop business relationships and a strong interest in developing assets
- Professional attitude, high work ethics and high energy level, flexible style and ability to work under pressure and getting things done both independently as well as in teams.
- Previous experience working with international investors is a plus, but not a requirement
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. IRR- and NPV calculations), Word and Power Point.
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
