Key Responsibilites

As Qreds Head of Financial Control, you will be responsible for the statutory financial reporting requirements of Qred including management of the annual audit process for Sweden, monthly and yearly closing process. You will also be responsible for provision of technical accounting guidance and analysis. In this role, you will be a part of Qreds Finance department. This position also has the possibility to lead the accounting department, ensuring that the team operates within a robust control environment.

Further, this role will include:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting function

• Accounting principles and guidelines ensuring good internal control

• Responsible for financial statements and reporting

• Being experienced and updated on IFRS

• Tax and transfer pricing

• Improve procedures and processes as well as participate in various development projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Auditing, Financial accounting advisory services, Financial reporting, Financial control or similar

• Experience within group consolidation is meritorious

• Thorough understanding of IFRS accounting standards

• Fluent in English as well as Swedish

Will be considered as advantage:

• Relevant work experience from banking, with challenger fintech experience

• Experience with back office systems and integrations with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.

• Experience from SFSA reporting.
