JLL is now looking for a Head of Living to join their professional Capital Markets team in Stockholm. 

THE ROLE
As Head of Living you will lead the Residential (Living) segment, maintaining and extending JLL’s strong network and developing client relationships together with the JLL Capital markets team. For the role, JLL is looking for a person with transaction experience, a genuine interest in real estate and the residential markets, and who understands the real estate investment value chain. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Leverage the deal experience of the senior Capital markets team and take lead on driving new business
• Strategic planning and execution to capture market opportunities within all relevant aspects of residential real estate such as sale and buyside advisory focused on land, development projects and forward transactions as well as standing assets
• Working closely with the wider JLL local organization including Corporate Finance and Debt & Financial Advisory and the JLL EMEA Living team on deal generation, cross-border capital and opportunities
• Be part of developing the team and the Residential (Living) segment based on your personal skills and experiences with a focus on people, clients, and growth
• Independently drive sourcing of business through JLL and personal network
• Collaborate in project teams and lead others in executing strategy and deals
• Formally manage projects and mandates and help grow your teammates skills 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SUITABLE BACKGROUND

• University degree preferably in real estate or finance
• +6 years relevant full-time work experience
• Strong networking skills, JLL values a candidate that is a great fit with the existing team and have the drive to develop the role according to their personal strengths and experiences
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (cash flow modelling, IRR), Word and Power Point
• Deep understanding of business / market knowledge and client needs
• Communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• High personal drive, a willingness to deliver high quality with commitment and dedication
