About the role

This position reports to the Head of Structured Finance and Market Funding and the role is placed at the headquarters in Stockholm. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be part of a treasury team of ten people. The role will primarily involve managing tasks and processes in relation to the company’s market funding, credit rating, as well as bespoke finance and risk management initiatives within structured finance. The role may require some travel within Europe.

Main areas of responsibilities

• Support the Treasury team in processes and matters relating to the company’s market funding activities including coordinating wholesale funding activities with front office liquidity- and IR risk management, as well as driving separate initiatives independently
• Support the Treasury team in processes and matters relating to Hoist Finance’s external credit ratings as well as driving separate initiatives independently
• Support the Treasury team in processes and matters relating to the establishment of new structured finance transactions as well as driving separate initiatives independently
• Maintain and develop models for efficient management of existing and future market funding and structured finance transactions
• Managing the reporting of outstanding and new securitisation and other structured finance transactions and in co-operation with other teams of the organisation ensuring a timely and complete delivery of reports and analysis of various metrics
• Collaboration with group Finance and other parts of the organisation in budget and forecasting processes, and accounting matters in relation to market funding activities
• Take responsibility for administering various processes in relation to functional meetings and committees within Hoist Finance (including the Asset and Liability Committee)
• Contribute to group wide projects and support other parts of the treasury team as required

Qualifications

A successful candidate has the following qualities:

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field
• One to three years of relevant work experience
• A genuine interest in the financial markets
• Can-do attitude, goal-oriented and positive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyse complex information and present findings in a structured and clear manner
• Experience from Bloomberg is a plus
