The role

As a Senior ALM & Capital Analyst, you are responsible for driving improvements in capital planning and balance sheet management processes for the Group. Additionally, you will assume key responsibilities within the ICLAAP and Group Financial Recovery Plan process as well as coordinating capital strategies for both the Group and Parent Company from a first line perspective.

You will have a close collaboration with other members of the Treasury team and all HQ functions. You will report to the Head of Balance Sheet Management & Capital Planning. Placement is at Hoist Finance’s modern office in central Stockholm.

Main responsibilities

• Improve ICLAAP including process management, stress test development and general process improvements
• Collaborate with Finance on capital forecasts, including Pillar 2 assessments
• Provide support to senior management on capital allocation issues
• Track and evaluate the capital position of the Group and the Parent company
• Develop and maintain internal capital allocation models and frameworks
• Collaborate with Treasury in improvements of Balance sheet reporting and analysis, strategic analysis, and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with Treasury on matters relating to FTP steering and governance
• Collaborate with Treasury and Group Risk on relevant risk matters and refine methodologies for IRRBB and CSRBB
• Participate in NPAPs to assess new initiatives effects on capital matters
• Review and update relevant policies and documentation

Desired skills and experience

We are looking for a Senior ALM & Capital Analyst with a background in banking, credit market institutions, or the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA). The ideal candidate possesses expertise from bank Treasury, ALM, capital planning and bank regulations, is fluent in both Swedish and English, and has strong analytical skills combined with a proactive and independent approach. Collaboration and social competence are key, as is the ability to work effectively within a team. A bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration or equivalent is required.
