Avida is looking for a proactive, ambitious Client Executive to help the company grow and shape their real estate portfolio.

You will drive transactions end-to-end – from initial client contact and pitching to deal execution – working closely with real estate clients as well as internal decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and win new clients, driving business growth across the real estate segment

• Build and develop long-term relationships with real estate companies, investors, and key market stakeholders

• Lead the full sales process—from the first conversation to signed agreements—ensuring a seamless client experience

• Structure, present, and package transactions to clients and credit committees

• Collaborate on client cases and play an active role in real estate transaction processes

• Contribute to growth and development of our business portfolio, with strong focus on real estate and financing solutions

• Represent the Avida professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

• Contribute to the execution of a wide range of transactions, including senior and junior debt, acquisition financing, bridge loans, inventory financing and construction loans

Candidate profile

Avida are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships. The ideal candidate demonstrates a business-oriented mindset and the ability to identify opportunities within real estate finance.

You are self-driven, structured, and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. You work well in an entrepreneurial environment, taking full ownership and proactively driving initiatives forward. A pragmatic, solution-focused approach and readiness to make an immediate impact are essential for success in this role.

Your background:

• At least five years of experience in a similar role within banking, real estate, transaction advisory, or a related field

• Solid understanding of the real estate industry and real estate financing

• Strong understanding of the real estate sector and its financing structures

• Ability to perform and interpret financial analysis

• Solid experience analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

• Good understanding of credit risk assessment and credit decision processes
