Private Equity Analyst to Genesta
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Investment Management team in a full-time role. The position is based in Stockholm, where you will support the strategic and operational aspects of asset management across our Nordic real estate portfolio. You will collaborate with colleagues in different offices across the Nordics to optimize asset performance, enhance portfolio value, and contribute to data-driven investment decisions.
As an Investment Management Analyst, you will be involved in:
Supporting asset management initiatives through financial analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
Assisting in the development and execution of value creation strategies at the asset and portfolio level
Applying statistical and AI-based tools to improve operating efficiency, forecasting, benchmarking, and strategic planning
Performing financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions
Preparing presentation materials for internal teams and external parties, including the investment committee
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with 0–2 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in private equity real estate. You have an academic background in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, real estate, or equivalent field.
Ideal candidates have:
Strong Financial skills - a good understanding of financial analysis and modeling
Proficiency in AI-driven tools and new data-focused technologies is required
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
A results-driven and proactive mindset, with a strong work ethic
Team player with problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Argus, programming (e.g., Python, SQL), Power BI or similar visualization platforms is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English
