Infranode is now looking to add a talented individual to our Finance Team based in our Stockholm office. The Fund Controller is primarily responsible for reliable and timely financial information and analysis being available for operational and strategic decision making by different stakeholder groups.
The Fund Controller will interact with people across the Infranode organisation and with multiple external stakeholders, including external accounting service providers and auditors.

The main responsibilities for this position are:

· Coordination of the compilation, and content generation for the quarterly reporting to external stakeholders. Reporting includes, among other, the Investor Report and Side Letters.

· Fund financial administration including the compilation and sharing of information with Infranode service providers to enable them to fulfil their service commitments.

· Working on a day-to-day basis with the external service providers to ensure the quality, integrity or timely delivery of accounts and reports. This includes supervising the accounting made by external service providers as well as being a sounding board for general accounting matters together with the Finance Manager.

· Necessary reporting together with our third-party suppliers and Infranode finance team within tax, legal and accounting.

· Budget, forecasting, and follow-up processes for the Fund Manager as well as for the Infranode Funds.

· Support process around financial, corporate secretarial and administrative issues in relation to the fund’s holding structure and portfolio companies.

· Preparation of reports to the Management Team, the Board of directors of the Management company, and other internal control functions.

· Provide deliverables and support to the organisation in fund-raising processes.

Your profile

· A Bachelor or Masters degree with good grades gained from a reputable University.

· A minimum of four years post university work experience, within accounting or controlling.

· Fluency in English and knowledge of Swedish.

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage projects and project stakeholders (experience in ERP changes is meriting).

· Expert in Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in other MS Office tools.

· A commercial mindset.
