The role
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you are responsible for driving improvements in liquidity assessments, capital planning, and balance sheet management processes for the Group. Additionally, you will assume key responsibilities within the ICLAAP and Group Financial Recovery Plan process as well as coordinating tasks and analyses for both the Group and Parent Company from a first line perspective.
You will have a close collaboration with other members of the Treasury team and all HQ functions. You will report to the Head of Balance Sheet Management & Capital Planning. Placement is at Hoist Finance’s modern office in central Stockholm.
Main responsibilities
Improve and drive analysis within both capital- and liquidity adequacy assessment processes (ICAAP and ILAAP) including stress test development, process management, and general process improvements
Contribute to the development and analysis within the Group Financial Recovery plan
Improve and develop Balance sheet reporting and analysis, strategic analysis, and internal reporting
Collaborate with Finance on liquidity-, capital- and Balance sheet forecasts
Track, evaluate and assess the capital position of the Group and the Parent company
Support in capital steering, for example through scenario analysis of potential future changes to the liquidity- and capital position
Provide support and analysis to senior management on ad hoc capital matters
Collaborate with Treasury and Group Risk on matters relating to risk, steering and governance – including FTP frameworks, risk management, policies and documentation
Desired skills and experience
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst with a background in banking, credit market institutions, Treasury, or the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA). The ideal candidate possesses expertise from bank Treasury and capital-/liquidity planning, is fluent in both Swedish and English, and has strong analytical skills combined with a proactive and independent approach. Collaboration and social competence are key, as is the ability to work effectively within a team. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration or equivalent is required.
